Co Partners Chef Chris Grare and Arron Rhodes have opened up their second sub useful dining experience within Hong Kong. The concepts is Smoked Meats done a la Chris Grare style. He infuses flavors from Japan, Middle East and American styles to form a classic and elevated dining experience.
