Ann Tsang is the Editor-In-Chief and Creative Director for The Peninsula magazine, Journeys magazine (for private aviation company Metrojet as well as several luxury custom publications in Asia and the United States. She has also created magazines for Swire Hotels, InterContinental Hong Kong, Vacheron Constantin, Dom Perignon, Signature Homes (for Sun Hung Kai Properties), Oliver’s delicatessen, and more. In addition, Ann has created and produced a number of coffee table books and a host of art and wine catalogues. She has more than 20 years of experience in the publishing industry
Lakshmi Harilela
Lakshmi’s passion for food started when she was 8 years old cooking alongside her late Father Mohan N. Harilela. The Harilela Family currently run hotels and restaurants in Southeast Asia and Europe. Lakshmi is a certified Hatha Yoga Teacher, Ayurvedic Practitioner and Health Chef. She has diversified her passion for food into food photography and styling, photographing for clients such as Cathay Pacific, Four Seasons and Peninsula Magazine.
Sherina Utam
Sherina is the Principal and Director of KiddiKraft, whose motto is “Teaching is not just a job for us, it’s our way of helping to create a community of thinkers and independent learners.” Sherina edits and conceptualizes a lot of LTL’s campaigns and she is considered the ‘Muse’ of our company.
