I live in Hong Kong but spend much of my time in the UK. In Hong Kong, food, similar to in France and Italy, is of the utmost importance, whether dining at home, eating out with friends and family, or entertaining business guests. The experience needs to be memorable and that means thinking about where you are eating, who you are inviting, and who is doing the cooking.
